All our items are handmade to order, ensuring each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because of this, please allow 10–15 days for your order to be created and delivered.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Production Time: As our artworks are made to order, please allow 7–10 business days for production.

• Shipping Time: Once dispatched, delivery within New Zealand typically takes 2–5 business days, while international orders may take longer depending on the destination.

Shipping Rates & Methods

• New Zealand: Standard tracked shipping is available at a flat rate.

• International: We offer worldwide shipping, with costs calculated at checkout. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
